OUR STORY

Located in the heart of historic Nantwich, NINE is an independent, family-run restaurant and bar built around a love of great food, great drinks, and unforgettable experiences. From the very beginning, our vision was simple, to bring bold flavours from around the world to Nantwich and create something a little different.

Our kitchen is led by our Singaporean Head Chef, whose experience spans kitchens across the globe, our menu is inspired by Asian fusion flavours and designed for sharing. Our small plates are our own take on tapas - creative, flavour packed dishes made to be explored together. With so many combinations to try, every visit can feel completely different.

Alongside our main menu, we offer everything from relaxed bar snacks and Saturday bottomless brunches to our much-loved Sunday Roast, making NINE the perfect place for every occasion, whether it’s drinks with friends, date night, or a long lazy lunch.

Set inside a beautifully restored Grade II listed building, NINE blends character, atmosphere, and contemporary dining in a space designed to feel special from the moment you walk in. That same attention to detail runs through our drinks too. Our cocktails are all created in-house by our talented bar team, combining classic favourites with original twists that reflect the creativity and personality behind the bar.
